Triosphere

Triosphere is a Norwegian progressive heavy metal band from Trondheim, Norway. The band's currently consists of singer and bass guitarist Ida Haukland and guitarists Marius Silver Bergesen and Tor Ole Byberg, as drummer Ørjan Aare Jørgensen leaved the band in November 2013.
The band was formed in 2004 with Haukland, Silver and Jørgensen. After the release of their first EP Deadly Decadence the following year, they released in 2006 their debut album Onwards Shortly after the release the band was expanded from a trio to a quartet when live guitarist Byberg joigned as full-time member. They subsequently toured with various bands including W.A.S.P., Kamelot and Arch Enemy. In 2010 their second album, The Road Less Travelled, was released. Following their 2011 tour with Sonata Arctica and their 2012 tour with Kamelot, a third album is planned. Despite having recorded all his drum parts for the next upcoming album, Jørgensen left Triosphere in 2013.
Haukland is the main lyricist of the band, while Silver act as the main composer. However they sometimes shared or switched their roles in Onwards, and Haukland wrote all her vocal melodies in The Road Less Travelled.
