Divides
Colin Horn and Andy Cook had been playing in different music project for over 3 years. However it wasn't until Colin was put in contact with Dave Maxwell that the main lineup for DIVIDES was brought together. Along with Dave, David Lennon joined the band. But there was still something missing, a vocalist.
It was at a small venue in Glasgow while Colin was doing some photography that he met Tasha Cowie, who at the time was vocalist for another local band. Through the next few months of jamming out some acoustic tracks and some small acoustic shows together it was then Tasha joined DIVIDES.
At the start of 2014 the band entered the studio to record their debut single, "Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost" and look to release it with a video on April 7th.
With plans later in the year for an EP and gigs lined up in the next coming months, DIVIDES are ready to hit the scene with a heavy sound, catchy riffs and anthemic choruses that will leave you singing along at the top of your lungs.
