The World Is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die (sometimes shortened to The World Is a Beautiful Place or just TWIABP) is an American emo band from Willimantic, Connecticut, noted as one of the flagbearers for the 2010s emo revival.[2] The band was formed in 2009.[5] They released their first full-length album, entitled Whenever, If Ever to positive reviews from music critics,[6][7] and a collaborative EP with Christopher Zizzamia (featuring his spoken word vocal style), that was released in fall 2014.[8] According to their Facebook page, their "lineup is constantly expanding and contracting. recording and live performance lineups vary."[9]
